Occupational safety is the top priority at ZOH Wood AB. Because nothing is more important to us than the health of our employees.
In order to achieve our goal of zero work accidents, we involve our employees in all measures. We had our teams test the work clothing and personal protective equipment (PPE) for our area-specific tasks before introducing them. We are also happy to provide support with the procurement of individually necessary protective equipment.
We invest in lighting concepts and the marking of sidewalks on the factory premises and optimize processes based on occupational safety aspects. We are happy to take up tips and suggestions from our employees. Because they know best where work situations can become risks. Regular training and instructions also make the entire workforce aware of possible dangerous situations.

Of course, we provide work clothing and PPE and offer night, Sunday and public holiday surcharges for shift work . There are sufficient free employee parking spaces available for employees who come by car or bicycle . There is a bus stop on site for those arriving by public transport ; the connection is being further expanded.
